Yoga, Meditation and Grief Yoga

I have a 200-hour certification in Hatha/Vinyasa/Restorative/Yin Yoga; 30-hour Certification in Meditation and Mindfulness Techniques and a 100-hour Certification in Yoga to Heal Grief/Loss

Yoga and Meditation Teaching: My passion is introducing Yoga and Meditation to those who don’t know a lot about it, or don’t think it is for them. I also want to reintroduce people to yoga and/or meditation who have been away from the practice, and help them get re-energized with the benefits of holistic health.

My Focus:

1. Basics and Beginning Yoga for those who are new to the practice and want to be reintroduced.

2. Basics and Beginning Meditation and Mindfulness for all individuals. I specialize in working with Men and Women 50+, including aging individuals and those with disabilities. My classes incorporate Meditation, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and Asanas (postures and movement).

3. Grief Yoga is a specialized class for those dealing with grief through the loss of a loved one or can be the loss of a relationship; friendship, or dealing with trauma. One hour with a specific sequence.

4. Group Chair Yoga/Breathing/Meditation for Workplace/Company Wellness.

Beginner Individual Yoga Sessions are typically 50 minutes-1 hour; In-person and through Zoom. Individual sessions are $75; Buy 5 for $250; Couples $125; buy 5 for $450.
Beginner Individual Meditation/ Guided Visualization Sessions: Typically 30 minutes. Individual sessions are $25; Buy 5 for $100. Can also be donation-based.

Grief Yoga: Classes offered on a Love Offering basis (minimum $25 and up)

Chair Yoga for Groups: Based on Number, Need, and Venue
